    When I'm typing on the keyboard on my 1month old passport the keyboard light keeps fading on and off I'm on Vodafone uk passport model SQW 100-1 software 10.3.1 1565 I have run bbve shows no problems ??? done hard and soft reset no change any help appreciated

    I had that too. I heard it could be from apps or a bug in the os. I updated to 10.3.1.2480 and it seemed to be fixed ( I did wipe for the update btw)

    I still have a problem with my proximity sensor working intermittently... resetting the phone temporarily fixes the issue. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.


    Update:


    I turned off advanced interactions and it seems like all the problems with the proximity are gone. Keyboard problems were fixed with 10.3.1.2480

    Same here. BlackBerry support couldn't determine why. I haven't been able to figure out why either. Reset seems to fix it for 12 hours, and then the issue reappears.

    I have only had this issue with my at&t passport. The original did not. I am not sure what is causing the fading in and out of the back light for the keyboard. Like the others, I've done a re-boot and it goes away for several hours. Then it comes back again. It might be software or app related. Not sure but if I find out the issue I will post!
