I hope your 3-4 year window is accurate. I would love to get another 3-4 years out of BB10 before it's no longer available. I just switched to AT&T and got a Passport. Waiting for it to be delivered. I'll miss my trusty Z10, but I always wanted the Passport and couldn't get it on Verizon. I removed that obstacle yesterday. Would love to get 3-4 years out of a Passport.
