Hi. Need your help. Here:s my problem:

My music folder says it has 0 items. Indeed, when I open it. Nothing. But it's supposed to be filled with many.

When I play music and search for the files, it's there.

Can't see it in the folder. But when I search it, it's there and I can play it.

I want to access my music and see all the files/albums when I click the music app.

What's going on? How do I get my groove back.

That's a huge bummer man...I know because my music is big part of my smartphones role in my everyday life. I hope you figure it out.

I noticed some weird stufff going on with my music files too. On my q10, the first section is for recently added. The second section, which is recently played, is missing. Just noticed this. Any ideas??

I recall past problems with my Z30 where I had to turn off phone,remove SD card, turn back on and hard reset phone, turn off phone, replace SD card and turn back on. That was regarding photos. But with my Passport no problems. Try that, otherwise maybe a corrupt SD card. My old Galaxy S2 used to eat SD cards regularly...

Still haven't figured it out

I need my music files in the music folder as it is way faster to get to my songs.

Thanks for all your thoughts.

I haven't tried the taking out of the media card/hard reboot.

Will need to transfer all my files first, then do just that.

Will share when I get to say 'Eureka'!
