    I just started using maps the other day and was working great and pinpointing me with great detail. Now, it can't seem to locate me and instead just puts a blue dot with lighter blue area around it in the city I'm in. I checked location services and specifically for maps app, but all is enabled. Ideas?
    I'm Blackberry noob so having lots of questions.

    Well, I just enabled everything for maps in application management and it's working again. Apparently enabling location only isn't enough. I guess that's what fixed it.

    I stopped using blackberry maps for that same reason. Many bugs with the app. I moved over to google maps and it works great.

    Google Maps doesn't work for me. Still can't get a good GPS signal.

    What options did you change? Screenshot?

    In app manager, I just turned on all three options for Maps.

    Location, phone and Run when minimized. I had only location enabled before.

    Can't figure out how to screenshot but maps seems to have been working fine after enabling them. It seemed to stop working when I disabled phone and Run minimized.

    All those options are enabled and still not working. And this is for all my BB10 phones. None of them work.

    You can take a screenshot by pressing the up and down volume button at the same time.
