Had a few month hiatus from BlackBerry during a job change. Previous employer provided a BlackBerry Passport. New company provides a Samsung Galaxy S5.

    Long story short....

    I

    Despise

    Android

Bought a Z10 to get me through until I could afford my own Passport. Now sporting a BlackBerry Passport SE and loving every minute of it (cue Loverboy). Soooooooo glad to be back!

OK 2nd time I've typed this, my Passport rebooted! As much as I love the Passport I find it a bit limited. I also have an Android LG G4. Now, I live in Germany but my family live in England and Malta. To stay in contact with FB messenger which is fine until it comes to video calling at which point I have to pick up my LG. If I want to send photos via FB I have to use my LG. When I'm at work our company uses Salesforce1..yep you guessed it, back to my trusty LG. And before some of you start saying things about needing too many apps etc etc, behave, these are smartphones!

The best part about switching to a non BlackBerry device...is the joy of coming back to BlackBerry again. It feels like home. Lol

You need to find what work for you. And it sound like the BlackBerry is not up to par for your needs.

Im back after used a Sangsung Galaxy s6 and iPhone SE.
I bought a OG Passeport last week and so happy to be back in the family.
I love the screen, the battery, the keyboard, the hub and I have all the apps that I need.
For sure I missed Facebook but... the web mobile is good too.
What is cool with the passeport is that the web mobile works so weel that I dont need apps.
Surfing on the web is a real plaisure!

Bro, that's a defective device... I know because I dealt with it myself. I once purchased a Passport SE off of Ebay and it rebooted about 4 or 5 times a day. Even after reloading OS and many other troubleshooting efforts.

In the end, I managed to get a refund and I bought a Passport SE from shop BlackBerry when they had their may madness sale. Never had any issues since.
