    Is it a green thin bar loading? Or juz black screen when u open the app.
    Thin bar: android runtime loading, it closes itself. Solution : reboot. Wait awhile before using an android app because the runtime take time to load.
    Black screen with abit blue shadow: android runtime not responding. Usually reboot will solve. Not a big problem.
    However, if ur problem is not listed. Try reload device.

    Actually... the problem is... android apps will open... but will not exhibit their normal functionality... for eg: ringtone maker...will work until you fix the starting and end points for a particular tone...but will not yield the final result... and am unable to download apps from amazon app store and playstore

    Press both volume buttons until phone begins to reboot. Then wait at least 10 minutes for it to settle once it comes back on.
