Order my new Passport from ATT now in search of a case. I'm out of the office a lot so carrying a handbag is not happening,that usually left in my boot of my vechile. I need to have my phone with me safe and hands free. This is what I'm looking for:

1st wish list for my case:
1- leather
2-horizontal to hang on my belt.
3- Protective case to surround the phone it self that can slip into the leather
4- credit card slots
5 -open on the bottom to run a headset out of.

2nd wishlist for my case:
1-Horizontal to hang on my belt
2-credit card slots
3-open on the bottom to run a headset out,of.

If anyone can point in the direction to such a animal I would be grateful.

I would suggest doing a search on Amazon. Lots of choices.

Your requirement for running the headphone out of the bottom of the case/holster is going to be your biggest hurdle, and likely your biggest gripe amongst all current available cases/holsters. Mainly because of the location of the headphones jack on the Passport. All of the holsters I've seen available, completely cover this area of the device without any option to keep a headset plugged in.

For that I would suggest considering using bluetooth headphones. If you can ben on that requirement, you'll have better luck finding a device that will otherwise work for you.

Don't buy the BlackBerry leather case. Doesn't fit.
