Is there a way to change the LED color for a specific Email account? I know that you can do it for a contact but I was wondering if there is a way to do it for an email account.

Yes, go to system settings.
Notifications,Normal,Customize App Notifications
You should see a list of apps you have installed

I love the ability to customize my LED notification by colour. I only wish there were more colours available to choose from.

Settings > Notifications > select profile > Customize App Notifications > Email messages > select email account > LED on & select LED color

Apps add more colors email+ hub+ got them free on giveaway but not apps person.

Just have whatsapp for few people but when bb10 prices come down I will get them on bbm

At least not by default, maybe using a 3rd party app like BeBuzz is able to overwrite it.
