    When I select the mute button it doesn't do it. I've gone to the settings and it says that it is activated. Any ideas?

    Just use the app icon, or try a hard reset if you haven't done one lately.

    Also, it's not just a tap. It's a press. I find I need to depress the mute button for a solid second or so to launch BA.
