    Hi, I have bought BB Passport last week and i am facing automatic deletion of all Emails & sms messages. I use OS 10.3.1.1779. Any suggestions to prevent the same.

    I have a Z30, but try opening the Hub, then tapping on the three dots in the lower right corner of the screen. then tap Settings. Then tap Display and Actions. See if your Delete Message Confirmation button is on or off. Also check to see what Delete On is set to. Hopefully, that will correct your problem.
