    I've tried unistall and reinstall BlackBerry Link, unistall the device drives but it doesn't helped, the BlackBerry VPN disk can not appear in "my computer"

    Anyone having the same issue on Windows 10?

    Any solutions? Thanks!

    It works fine on my computers, clean install Windows 10 Pro on Dell XPS 17 L702X and Windows 10 Home on Lenovo Y50-70
    What OS is your phone on? Also, are you using the newest version of BB link?
    What version of Windows 10 are you on? Is it Pro or Home? x86 or x64? Clean install or update (shouldn't matter, worked after update for me before I did clean install)?

    I think it's something about my "Windows Services"? But I can't reinstall my windows, coz everything works well except the BlackBerry Link (lastest)

    I upgraded my PP and Q10 to 2639 on the other pc(win 7), I know it's my windows 10 Services or registry caused the problem.

    Try uninstalling the drivers as well. Use regedit as well after only if you know how

    Do you mean Unistall drivers only? Or unistall both the link and the drivers?

    Find and delete the "blackberry" keys in registry?

    I was having a similar issue and what i had to do was sign out of the other user on my computer. Seems it was trying to access both profiles.

    Problem is an updated W10 has many problems with junk carrying over from W8
    I would do the clean install
