Clean the camera with your tshirt, also make sure you removed the protective plastic. Sounds silly but I had the same problem and it was a greasy camera lens.

My camera use to suck bad, then I factory reset my phone. Was way better

Oh no, not a plastic, just a film it comes with when new, like the one one the screen. Dont do anything crazy, you probably dont have anything on it. Just clean the lens, if that doesnt work then it is likely a hardware problem. reboot the phone if you havent done so already.

OK I take some pic's for my issue the camera is so pretty when I take normal pictures but when I tack close pic is not clearly !!
.
It's very important for me because I need to scan many QRCODE & I'm use the Google Translate cam scan to translate so much sentences in few seconds :/

Instead of quickly snapping a pic, try letting the camera focus on the object. Also try tapping the area you are trying to take the picture of to help focus. This happened to me but if you let it focus it takes much better pictures.

if it doesn't get better, you might want to see if your autofocus has broken.

This happened to me on my red Passport, where the autofocus just stopped working for no reason. It was never dropped or broken, it just didn't work anymore, so BlackBerry replaced the entire phone and then it was good.
