    "I have a BlackBerry Passport. When I installed Whatsapp my BlackBerry turned off. I can't turn it on. Can someone explain why this happened? And I'm using 10.3.2.500."

    Why the device is turning off is probably a long discussion... to fix it quickly (while discussion is on going), uninstall the WhatsApp...

    To OP, if you badly needed that app, try to get if from BlackBerry World. You shouldn't have problem or issue with that...
