    Hi everyone,

I recently upgraded from Q10 to Passport which has been an improvement in most ways. However on the Passport the hub seems to revert from whatever account I was currently viewing to the main hub after a short while. This is really annoying as I never use the main hub. I have been unable to find a way to disable this automatic shift. Can anyone help?

There's a toggle under Hub setting > Display and Actions. I think it says something like 'return to default view'.

    I'm on 10.3.0.908.

I appreciate the advice but I really can't find the "return to default view" option. I'm using the danish language translations so it may be due to a faulty translation; there are a few of those. I'll see if I can change the language...

A return to the top level view of Hub after 30 mins of idle time came in with BB10.3

There had been long debates in the BlackBerry community about whether it somehow should or shouldn't return to the top level view using some kind of criteria. Eventually BlackBerry gave us something, but depending on how you use the Hub it might be useful or it might not.

In the Hub you can turn it off in Settings / Display and Actions / Return to Default View when Idle

In 10.3.1 it's above the Instant Preview Settings button, it's possible you can't turn it off in 10.3.0, I've never used that version.

Maybe the option to disable "return to default view when idle" is a new feature in 10.3.1? I'm quite sure there is no such option in "Display and Actions" on my Passport (I changed the language to english).

Do you see this under hub/settings/display and actions?

Thanks for all the replies. It seems like I'll just have to wait for the upgrade to 10.3.1. It's good to know that I'll have the option to disable the hub reset then

Nope, there is nothing between "Notify when folder isn't synced" and "Instant preview settings".

It may indeed be 10.3.1 if I remember correctly. I didn't think the functionality would already be in 10.3.0 though. Seems like you can't change it yet until 10.3.1 is officially deployed (or you install a leaked version).

It looks like this on my passport. Well it's good to have something to look forward to. Thanks for the help in figuring it out! Got myself the crackberry app in order to upload this screenshot. I'll sure that will come in handy repeatedly as I try learning all the ins and outs of this phone
