    Hello,

My passport running 10.3.3.2163 on att currently roaming. Hub is constantly refreshing.

No way to scroll up as it keeps refreshing to the top of the screen. Looks to be refreshing almost twice a second given how much it flashes. Reboot doesn't stop it. Switching to individual accounts makes it go faster. Removing accounts and adding back in makes it worse. Sometimes it stops seemingly randomly, then starts doing it again. Battery is being run down faster. What's going on? Very difficult to check messages.

Anyone seen this or a fix for it.?

    Thanks.

Do you have Face10 installed? If so, delete it.

Really? I'll go for the Face10 deletion, but I'll try some experiments first. That is unless you all have tried before and deleting Face10 has become the only option. Thanks for the reply.

I had same problem as your report.

After delete Face10, this issue is gone for good.

I have tried to reinstall Face10, my Hub flash again.

So better delete Face10 for good.

Face 10 is the problem. Uninstall it, reboot your device then install it again. All should be well again.

OP........Blaze helps run crackberry. He usually doesn't say something with out backed up confirmation. For future reference if you get some kind of useful response from him listen to it as it will save you time.

Just for future reference you could also try uninstall Face10, Messenger 10 (if you have installed) then Headless Stabiliser after all done Hard reset with holding Vol up & down together, then after reset reinstall Face10, Messenger 10 ( if you have) then Headless Stabiliser, this worked great for me no more Hub flickering issues and Face10 works fine along with Messenger, so for future reference this may work.

I have the same issue.. I have a case open with BlackBerry because of it too. After the latest updates of 10.3.3 (there were two) I started having this issue.

Delete Face10 then reinstall. Reinstallation doesn't cost anything. I had this issue and this fixed it.
