Actually it may not be the device. It may be the strength of your carrier/network signal. Where are you located? I get anywhere from 16 hours to 28 hours depending if I am in my office with a good WIFI signal our outside the whole day where the phone is busy hunting for a cell signal and 4G.

I was once in a meeting in an office where the signal is very poor. I went in the meeting with approx 80% battery life. After the hour long meeting I went out with 40% battery life and a very hot phone. Signal was zero to one bar in that office.

So in my experience, poor signal drains phones fast and is the number one factor you should consider.

Usually my Passport battery live is one and a half day and still not fully drained but I'm not using it exclusively, so a companion Classic is used in conjunction, both together make up a full workplace to me which last a long time.
Important to mentioning is that there are only app's built-for-Blackberry installed non Droid ports whatever which probably makes a big difference for battery lives.

Thu to Sat. Not many calls, just 20 min or so. A lot of emailing, some browsing and messaging ( Telegram and Wechat)

I haven't gone in to work since getting this Passport. I'm expecting to use more battery when I resume work.

More than 2 days from 95-100% charge to 10-15% if my calls are just 5 min or less and I browse not longer than 10 min. Note: I still have my 4 email accounts active. And I do email a lot. Wifi always on, 3G on, Blend on. Bedtime mode on when I sleep or rest.

Also please note my screenshots above. Thu 0:55 to Sat 16:07. 20% left.

I've stopped using my Dtek50 and went back to my AT&T Passport. It's nice not having to charge my Dtek50 2-3 times a day. My Passport easily make its thru a full day no problem

Still getting 2 days. Actually making calls uses my battery up the fastest. Wifi, data use and txt use very little. It's 2 yrs old this spring, and I really do use it.
