    After a restart with no apps in use the passport shows 1.8GB free Ram. The OS takes an impressive 1.2GB, and that is best case scenario. Other bb10 i had took about 0.7GB.

    10.3.1 takes up more, and it has move background stuff going on.

    10.3.2 seems to keep the trend up.

    Factor in your headless apps... I don't see anything wrong with the number you have. It's actually around the same I have here on my Z30.

    BB10 uses the RAM that it has available. 0.6-0.7 was the min I have seen for clean bootup, even with a 1GB Q10. But it will use what is available.
