I bought my DTEK60 from Shop BlackBerry on a Sunday night and got it on a Tuesday afternoon (i.e. <48 hours), but that was with expedited shipping, just after launch and, as it turns out, their warehouse is only a few hours' drive from where I live.

Of those three, I'm guessing it's Digital River trying to cope with American Thanksgiving.

I ordered on a Friday night and got shipping info Tuesday morning and the package Wednesday morning. I live 20 minutes from the warehouse however.

I live in Toronto and ordered my DTEK60 on November 26, got my shipping confirmation email on November 30 and Purolator delivered the package to me on December 1. Longest 5 days of my life! LOL!

A full business week if you are in western Europe! Takes a day and a half to dispatch the order then a further two days by donkey through the Carpathians before the phones arrive in Germany for onward transit to the UK... then you're lucky if they shipped you a new one rather than a faulty, un-repaired network handset...

Pretty sure just due to incompetence.

The rep on the phone didn't even give me the excuse (a legit one for sure) of it being BF and higher than normal volume.

She just looked up my order number and went "oh, umm...it should be shipping in a few days but let me send you an email within 24 hours to update you"

And I ordered on the 28th to be correct - a full 6 business days and no shipping update. Payment already charged since last Tuesday!
