    On my z10 I could speak to insert text into any field. I can't figure out how to do this on th Passport.

    Press and hold the period.
    You'll notice it has a little microphone above it.

    If it doesn't, that means you declined the permission to send audio data off device to use the ASR dictation service. You can enable it in settings. (don't have a passport with me so can't tell you exactly where in settings to enable it (keyboard or assistant).

    Now that you found the proper button, please use clear english.
    If speak a bit fast or slur a word or slang, it doesn't always come out well.

    At the end of your sentence if you 'period' the PP puts a period at the end of the sentence.
    If you say "question mark' it will put a question mark at the end of the sentence.
    Totally functional.
