I need to talk to Blackberry as I'm having major issues getting my Passport working with Blend.

Are there any contact numbers in the UK that I can call?
Every number I've found is a paid support line. I thought we had 1 months support thrown in on these babies?

I had a card in my box talking about the month of free service. Might be able to check the BlackBerry website for contact numbers.

Maybe if you describe your issues in here there will be forum members able to help you until you get in touch with BlackBerry.

Thanks for the email but I've already sent my request to this email and received nothing back.

My unit was purchased from selfridges. Uk
I'm sure it's not hardware related. I think it's software (blend)

"Step 2 Verify your connectivity & device settings

BlackBerry Blend offers several methods to connect to your device, Wi-Fi, mobile network, or USB connection.

If you use BlackBerry 10, make sure Allow Connections is turned on. To check, go to Settings on your smartphone followed by Device Connections. Within this screen make sure Allow Connections is set to On."

Make sure "allow connections" is on!

There is no support if you write to [email protected]
You will get an answer like this:
This mailbox is only for existing tickets.....

So kam not able to make a swap.

No one knows how to return the device for an exchange?

Thanks. But as I've advised, the connection works but then just drops. so I have a connection, just not a stable one.

Oh ok. I missed that. Sorry about that.

You probably already checked this but is it possible the PC's port connection is loose?
