One drastic difference from previous BB use, was the web and being able to navigate and use the web to complete forms, flash, etc.

Has that changed with the new OS on the Passport Silver?

Excuse the novice question, but I have been a wayward son, wanting to return to BB.

Well Flash was removed in 10.3.1, you can still get it in other browsers though

I guess a better question is do webpages look and act accordingly, or is the BB users left in the cold?

If you're asking for choices in user-agents, then use Browsie Browser. You can select iPhone, chrome, firefox, Windows 10, etc.

We seem to be getting the mobile web pages now and most of them work. There are a few which don't work properly, but opening them in Browsie Browser usually works.

There is now a browser with the Flash from the older BB10 built in. It works on most Flash web sites that do not require a version greater than Flash 10.
