    If I have to exchange it for another...just saying IF I had to. How would you backup your purchased apps ? etc, safely so no one can retrieve them ?

    Then install back into a new one if I had to ?

    backup thru link then when you get your new one log into the new phone with your bb id then restore from backup thru link

    I have Blackberry Blend working fine, I downloaded Blackberry Berry Link at it indicates a newer version is already installed on my computer, but it's not...and discontinues the installation of Blackberry Link
