I have an excel file saved on the phone. Does anyone know how to save it so that I can click on a link on the home screen? It saves steps searching for it in my file folders.

There are many but if you want a free app then try 'Easy Home' by Trieu Chung. Search for it in BlackBerry World.

Sorry, just realised 'Easy Home' is not free. I think I got that in the past as a promotion.

I believe 'ShortKut' by Gokul S Krishnan is actually free. That also is in BlackBerry World.

I use the app 'Custom Shortcuts' for that. It's not free though.
'Penzus MMS' does the same and cost the same.

I purchased 'shortcutme'. Worked great and was intuitive.
