    When does it allow scrolling using kb and when it does not? It seems to work in some (whataspp) and not in others....

    Scroll down from the top and press Account. Hit close to return to your previous screen. Keyboard scrolling should be enabled now.

    Wasn't there an update to the CB app last week that fixed that issue? Or was it an OS upgrade that fixed the issue? I honestly don't remember now.

    It was the last 3.1 leak that was said to have fixed the issue, so when we get an Official 3.1 for the PP all should be well.
