Can you delete and setup the accounts again?

I have a feeling restoring from a backup may not help as account data is typically preserved, but it might work.

I get the same thing. Did you restore a backup file? From my understanding it has something to do with restoring the accounts from a backup. Evidently the restore should be done without the email/ app settings and then resinstall/ set up emails from scratch to stop the notifications.

I had the same issue for many months with my Z10. It was very annoying. It all stopped when I got my Z30.

No matter how many times you enter and save it would just keep asking. This usually didn't affect my accounts, but was very annoying.

Same happened to me when I had the Z10, installed OS new and restored only media and some apps, NO settings, did settings myself from scratch. I'm a happy camper now.

This is caused by "third party accounts". I don't know of a solution yet.

As soon as you reinstall the offending apps, the problem will recur.

Have you figured out a solution? I've been getting these coming up since I just transitioned from a Z10 to Z30. I'm not even sure what the accounts are though. That is the worst part.

I haven't do anything yet. But I will try to backup, wipe and restore everything exept the runtime and system app

Do what you said you were going to do. Just don't restore the settings. That's the only way to get the notifications to stop. I just did this going from my Z30 to Passport.

I had this happen to me for the longest time on my Z30 then it all stopped when I got my Passport. I want to say it happened on my Passport too but it's been so long I don't remember.

Now if only the duplicate text messages would stop...

I have two email accounts from same mail server and only one getting this sign-in error even after delete and create from scratch. After a none destructive update to 1154, this problem never occur. It seems like a BB10 bug in official OS.

This appears to happen when the BlackBerry loses connectivity with the email servers. Comes and goes for me, mostly with my iCloud email account.
