    downloaded the auto loader for 10.3.1 and when I try to restore my os blackberry link gets to link 7% then it says unable to save name. Any suggestions ?

    This may be a wild guess... but have you signed on your BBID on both your phone and Link? And did you signed in on both when you were backing it up?

    Install BlackBerry Blend. Then on Blend Installation window make sure BlackBerry Link & Drivers are checked.

    Edit: Use BlackBerry Link to Restore/Reload your device.
