Been stuck on loading screen, used autoloader but it only finished the first 100%, hard reset did't work, its been going for a couple of days, been plugged in and battery full for the past 24hrs. any solutions? if OS needed please advise on where to get it and how to load it. thanks in advance

Try doing an OS reload in link. That is supposed to do a clean OS install. It is under the preferences option I believe.

Or you can go to the blackberry.com site and do i if Link won't work.

Click Software update
Plug phone into usb
Hold top button until a reboot
Select phone. You only have a few seconds to select
It may tell you to reboot again
Phone LED should turn green and new OS should start to download.

This should fix your problem.

I'd try another autoloader i.e. same os version but from different source. Best of all, build one yourself using Darcy's BB Tools. When downloading either the autoloader or the debrick and the radio files, make sure the download is complete. Even the download indicator says 100% and it's been sitting there apparently doing nothing for several minutes, the download isn't complete until your download manager says it's complete. If the download is interrupted, I'd redo the download from the beginning.
