    I TRY Autoload-SQW100-1-10.3.1.997 this loader No Working Still Same Problem

    Close*BlackBerry Link (and BlackBerry Desktop Software) if installed.
    Detach all BlackBerry smartphones, including the BlackBerry 10 smartphone that cannot be booted up.
    Using Internet Explorer, navigate to*http://www.BlackBerry.com/updates, scroll down the page and click the*Check for Updates*button.
    Connect the BlackBerry 10 smartphone that cannot be booted up.
    Hold the power button for 10 seconds until*the*BlackBerry*smartphone turns off, then press the power button again to*power*it*on. A prompt will appear and the BlackBerry smartphone will show in the drop down list shortly after the LED lights up*red*(USB: UNKNOWN*or*USB: BlackBerry (PIN)*may*also*be*displayed).
    Click the*OK*button*within*15*seconds*to*continu‎e

    NO Reaction from passport even i try the power botton you can see in the picture passport just show the red light thats all no screen nothing else and the web page is also no response How can I fix my Passport sqw100-1?-20151202_174659.jpg

    Can you use the original cable? The cable you're using looks like a charge-only cable.

    Reload OS back to original operating system. Than get back to us.

    Same Problem with My Blackberry Passport. I did all as mentioned above.It displays no updates for this phone. I have no updates to Reload old OS.
