I bough a new blackberry passport silver from blackberry officer website. But the keyboard is plastic not metal. I really disappointed about this. The paint is broken.

Or you contact the seller and try a warranty claim.

If that's how you bought it from shopblackberry.com and if you're still in you warranty period, get a new one.
