Passport is best ever device from BlackBerry in all ways. I think is innovative as iPhone was in his first release.

If the classic had the touch pad on it it would be perfect, that feature leans me slightly to the passport

My white Passport arrives this afternoon. Can't wait to provide feedback after a few weeks. My Z30 has been and is a phenomenal work horse (love it's virtual keyboard) but I could not pass up the more recent offer of 499 and the code I received from a member here on a CB forum for an additional 100 off. This is going to be most interesting hitting the PKB again and working wide.

The capacitive feature on the Passport keyboard does have a few advantages: saving screen space scrolling so you see more, larger with floating 4th row upon demand, pull down gesture to reveal more keys!

Basically is much more feature rich but really is personalbpreference at the end of the day!

Not an Android fan. That's the iphone and Android way. Doesn't seem antural for me to look up from keyboard and tap on top.
You can enable and "tap" word suggestions, just like on the Q10. I used it a lot. No need to type everything, not even on full QWERTY. :-)

I perfer classic keyboard but passport screen is the best. I look at classic and q10 and say so small.

Got the an AT&T branded Classic last night. I'm already loving the keyboard. I think I may enjoy it more than the passport.

Another thing is the size. I didn't realize how much of a joy it is using a smaller device.

I bought the classic as a backup, but enjoying it as much as I do may lead to it becoming my daily driver.

I'm on the fence on this one. Each has its own positives. At first I was skeptical of the Passport's keyboard and wanted to go back to the classic layout of the Q10 (which I assume is the same on the Classic). I couldn't type as fast and I kept hitting the V & B buttons wanting the space bar. Overtime I became proficient on the Passport's keyboard. When I recently went back to play around with the Q10 I found my left thumb try to swipe down on the keyboard for the numbers before I caught myself and pressed ALT. I like each and they work fine for me and seem suited for their device.
