    already restored the definitions of manufactured using the link on pc but not resolved .

    no, no dropped . only has 2 months of use.

    wet also not been.

    the first time it happened appeared on the display " to protect and repair device " after it returned to normal for few minutes and then never returned to normal.

    The message makes me think hardware fault. If still under warranty, I'd get it checked or replaced
