So I got my Passport two days ago and everything was working great. I charged it last night and now my gestures won't work at all. I've used the virtual expert and it was sensitive at all. What should I be doing here? Has anyone else encountered this?

Sorry. I know it's awful hearing that someone else isn't having the same problem but I've had mine since the day after launch and haven't had that problem except on CB. I do the work around for CB.

Short of suggesting you do a reboot I 'm afraid I can't be of much help.

Did you try a hard reset?

Hold both volume keys till the devise powers down.

I find holding the power button untill the phone resets itself helps with bugs like this also.

Except doesn't solve the issue

I have tried a lot of options and any of them seems to work

Hard Reset,
Reebot,
Shut down,
Start without SIM and SD Card,
Uninstall APPS,
Etc..

The problem is that if i want to put a clean install, probably would fix, but if the situation isn't solved with a clean install, then i wont be able to start the device, cause the "brains" under the construction of the tutorial on the new instalation strat up for any of the OS on passport, don't give any option to bypass the steps of gestures procedure
This means, if you wont be able to put the keyboard working, them the passport gets stucked on start up tutorial without any chance of bypass it, and doesn't load up

This is why this is a huge problem

Does anyone have any sugestion?
I would apreciate it! A LOT

Did this ever end up working out? I hard reset my phone to sell it and it is now stuck on the swipe gesture tutorial stage. I've tried rebooting and even autoloading, none of it is working.
