    Need more help.

    I just realized loading my work account thru MS exchange has resulted in the following:

    *auto encryption of my phone and memory card
    * removal (actual remove from menu) or picture password
    * crippling power tools app so I can't change LED color blinks to match particular email accounts

    I'm sure there are other I have yet to discover.

    Can someone please tell me why this happens? How can MS exchange install accounts take over how I set up my phone. Does corporate IT policy affect so much functionality?

    How can I partition my phone so IT reach is limited to their account only and not my entire phone?

    Help!

    Ask your it to see if they can set sup the work side and then use personal side for your stuff.
