Do you have a device password? If you do, does Link prompt you to enter it when you connect to your PC?

Is Link open in the background? If it is, try reinstalling?

What I would advise u is if you do not use Link for backing up or doing updates, uninstall BB link and then do a computer restart and then install it again, but this time, not selecting BB link and BB blend when asked during the initial steps of installation. just install the drivers which is automatically selected and cannot be unchecked too. Trust me, it will work all the time and faster than with link installed.

Or if u really need link, only option is to reinstall complete package, but u will or may face this issue again and again!

I guess you have changed sole default settings. Go to Settings>Storage and Access> Access using USB. And make sure all options are off there.

If the first option is ON, your media card will be shown on computer. If you don't have a media card nothing appears on your computer.

If all options are off, provided that you have installed BlackBerry Link on your PC and it is running, you should be able to see your mobile's device and memory card on your computer. You must see the "BlackBerry Device Manager " in your tray on task bar and that comes when BlackBerry Link is open

Don't forget sometimes you should reinstall everything. Remove all blackberry software. Plug in phone and choose install drivers. This cures borked link install mess.

Sent from one of my SE Passports using BB10 superior software.
