First try while connected to Wi-Fi:Settings + Software Updates + Check for Updates
If you are still at 10.3.2 and it says You have the latest software, then I recommend using the appropriate manual autoloader:OS 10.3.3.2163 Live Links

in the same predicament. unlocked Passport with TMobile sim card. Says i have current update at 10.3.28.. Cant find an update to download or an intuitive way to download.

If you don't have it already, it's unlikely to come. Use an autoloader.

This is really dumb. Why did BlackBerry release this 10.3.3 so long ago now and yet carriers arn't pushing out the update! Kind of frustrating! Now if you manually update it you may have problems like some people are reporting! Just get it right!

The handful of customers that actually require NIAP have probably already received the update.

The rest of the world will have to do it themselves as I doubt it will ever be pushed by carriers or even by BlackBerry for factory unlocked devices outside of North America.

Doing it yourself is not riskier. The Sachesi method is identical to an OTA update. Autoloader is the best method - period.

Unless your government employer requires NIAP certification, then essentially nothing.

Maybe you need to do with autoloader. I did want to upgrade my BlackBerry Passport to 10.3.3 with autoloader but the matter was I'm using macbook.

Has anyone here tried to upgrade the phone on mac os. please share some experiences.

You have to be running Windows to run an autoloader.

Same for me, unlocked non-operator international Passport, no update.

Though I remember I got previous OTA a month or two later than most people.
