I Just got this blackberry passport that I bought from shop blackberry. Is it normal that whenever after typing something the cursor just shows. is that a hardware problem or just the OS. and sometimes my blackberry is so hot. it goes like 100C

Try hard reset (hold up and down volume keys until reset). If that doesn't work, reload OS using BlackBerry Link. Make sure you're using the most recent OS.

I did that already but It is the same thing. It is not all the time. it just show after I type something.( the big circle)

Blue circle usually appears when you double tap on the keyboard, it's a sort of cursor to help you make corrections or move to a specific spot in the text. Double tap on the keys anywhere and it should go away.

yes, i was asking if thats a bug on 10.3.2.2226, because it just show it automatically even if i didn't double tap it. (whenever After i type in the hub). I just want to know if its a bug or an hardware problem because if its a hardware problem then I can return the phone. and seriously thank you for helping me

My latest software check said that it was up to date. I don't know how to manually upgrade my phone. Does the new version fix a lot of stuff?

Where do u live ? Who is your carrier ? Did you check OTA or with BlackBerry Link software and connected to your PC? If your Passport is unlocked from BlackBerry, it should get the latest update.

illinois, t mobile. yes I checked already in link and OTA and connected to PC. it is unlocked but I never get the update. I got SQW100-4. Is that an unlock passport?us version? sorry It is my first time to have a passport
