    Left my HTC and got a passport.

    The device switch isn't working for me. How else does a guy transfer contacts etc over?

    Also all these facebook people are in my contacts.any idea how I get rid of that?

    delete your facebook app and if you still use facebook, use it from the browser.

    Go to contacts app, then settings, then uncheck Facebook contacts

    You can transfer contacts thru BlackBerry Link also

    Sorry, that's not a good solution.

    OP, open contacts, settings and you can deselect Facebook friends and they won't be in your contacts.

    I was having problems trying to transfer info from my Q10 to my Passport using BlackBerry Link. I kept getting an error message about the drivers. I ended up installing the "Device Switch" app on both phones and was able to transfer all data without the computer and it just took a few minutes.

    My device switch hooked up with each other but it won't let me switch just contacts. It also wants to switch photos and videos and cuts off before they can all finish.
