    So this happened to me more than once now. Please share if you are having the same problem.

    This maybe related to the unstable 10.3.1 OS release from AT&T. It doesn't happen all the time but it appears when I have a lot of active frames open.

    I tried the hard reset and it appears it has gone away for now.

    I'm getting it even sometimes playing videos..
    PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.1154

    Can't figure out what triggers it. Reboot does help sometimes...

    Just got my Passport from AT&T yesterday and have been experiencing this issue. Even with no other apps/windows open. Not a huge deal. I can still take pics. More of an annoyance. However, loving my Passport!

    Hi Monica. How familiar are you with BlackBerry and sideloading? What was your device before your Passport? Have you ever wanted to update your OS before your provider pushed it out to you? If so we have the answer right here! Official OS already being pushed to some devices.
