My Blackberry Maps works fine, as well a the various weathers applications.

Maybe your OS update didn't install correctly.

My SYNC system in my Ford can no longer access my contact list to make voice command calls. Still works if I dial manually or receive calls, but voice command can no longer access my contacts.

Have you tried updating the apps after you upgraded to 10.3.3?
Go to Blackberry World, the three horizontal lines, to My World, my Apps and Games, then refresh page. See if there are any apps that need to update

I have a Ford Edge. I found I had to re-connect my Passport to Sync. This included finding the device via Bluetooth and confirming the pass code that was shown on Sync.
