    Hi, my bb passport's front camera stopped working and I used bbve to diagnose the problem. It says the camera permission is missing and directs me to the settings of the apps. However it appears the permission is granted within the app. But my front camera's still not working. Anyone mighthave a clue? Thanks.

    Try holding volume up and down buttons at the same time until the device reboots.

    If that doesn't work, than reload the OS using BlackBerry link
