    Good evening

As fas as I know, the Passport SE is equipped with FM radio.

How am I supposed to listen to traditional fm radio broadcasting ?

I suppose that I have to use my headphones, but which is the app I need?

    Thanks.

you don't need an app. just headphones. You use the app that's on the phone. That's how my Z30 was too

Open the music app, tap the left side overflow button and you'll see the radio listed at the bottom, underneath Library, All Songs, Playlists and Favourites. You just need to connect headphones to act as the antenna.

Edit: Wow people! You move fast! ))

Thank you very much for your answer.
Indeed, I found the radio option in the music app. Right now I do not have the headphones with me to check it, but I will do so as soon as I reach home.

    The phone is fantastic...........

You may have to have a SIM in the phone to use the FM radio. It uses the SIM to identify the FM mode to use. Not sure if you need the SIM in it after it has figured out what region of the world you are in.

You can use a 3.5mm minijack cable as an antenna - doesn't have to headphones - and the Music app also gives you the option to select the speakers for output.

If it is anything like my Q5, I had to use the sim initially just to get my location so I could get the stations I wanted. Afterwards, the sim or any network connection is not needed at all.

Really? Thank god, I appreciate it, just what I've been looking for! I like headphones, but don't want to have to be forced to use them for FM Radio purposes, I thought that I had no other option.

I love having the radio option, it uses almost no battery! But I really wish the phone would allow you to play radio thru Bluetooth speakers, or WiFi speakers.

Yes I believe any wired ear phones will work. And yes uses almost no battery, I have used my z30 connected to an amp at work 9 hrs a day for over 5 days until it needed a charge.

When I listen to the radio and get an income call, the music just stops, and then I have to hold the device to feel the vibration in order to realise that I have an income call. I should also answer by swiping on my device.

On my samsung Note 4, I could hear the ring tone through my headphones, I could even answer via a small button on the headphones.

Do you think I can use my Note's headphones along with my PP ?
