Just wanted to say that I got the flip case, I was worried that it wouldn't close or would make it hard to type. But so far I like and dont find any issues with it. I like blackberry's attention to detail, like how they put a sort of converging lens in front of the led.

I almost bought this case the other day. But the review of it on CB made me a little cautious. It didn't seem to close entirely, which I didn't like. But I keep thinking about it because the leather looks so beautiful and I feel it adds to the elegance of the device. Perhaps I'll give it a whirl!

I got the flip case early on and liked everything about it except for the fact that the cover wouldn't lie flat and remain completely closed so as to put the phone into sleep mode. But then I read a post where someone bought a magnetic clip from Spigen which I too then purchased and attached to the case. Now the case is awesome - closes with a nice magnetic "click" and stays shut. The clip was made for one of the Galaxy phones if I remember correctly; if you search the forums there is a whole thread on it.

About the cover not closing entirely, I usually put the phone face down when I set it down, but I see how that would be bad for those of you that are reliant on the LED for notifications. And guys its 25$ off amazon! I think its worth the whorl!

I got the flipcase last week and i'm verry satisfied with it. You need to position the Passport accurately to the adhesive tape and it will fit perfectly.

The leather also needs to settle and then it will close without problems.

Bought the flipcase and works great. Don't understand the negativity. It holds good and it closes well. You just have to wait for a little bit for the flip to close after the flip has been open, it has to 'land'.
