    Is there a way to make certain apps floating cards like weather stay or fixed in one spot? Many times I have to rearrange them. The most important ones is the weather and calendar.

    floating cards? you mean the active frames? You can touch them till they wiggle and move them to a fixed location

    Yes that's what I do but they keep changing places. I was wondering if I can make them fixed at one spot.

    You must still be on a 10.2 O/S. They go back to user defined fixed locations on 10.3s
