    After research, I just bought an Iwerkz folding Bluetooth keyboard. It was a cinch to pair (no apps needed). Turns out that all that was needed was for the Passport to support the Bluetooth HID protocol, which it does. So far the keyboard is working brilliantly. I'll update this post after I've used it for a few weeks to discuss durability and ease of use.
