So I've been getting the notification telling me to free up storage and I've been deleting pictures, temp files, etc. but this doesn't do the trick. so I've started looking at the "properties" of each folder and found this "misc" folder takes up 47GB which doesn't even make sense because it says there's only 28GB of internal memory

so I went into the folder looking at the properties of all the folders inside "misc/android"
they accumulated into around 7GB total but still I am using so much memory..I've also found this "movies" folder that I cannot delete or name it. tells me I don't have permission. it also shows no files inside it.


I'm thinking there must be some kind of ghost files hidden in there. if anyone knows anything that can help please let me know. I just want more free space.

If you reload your OS, you will probably be able to wipe out all those ghost files

Strange!

On my PP the msic folder says 18 GB but on device info I have 18 GB of free space, so that would make 36 GB at least for a 32 GB device...

yeah exactly it doesn't add up...im just going to reboot my OS as suggested.
