I woke up and turned on my Passport. I wanted to update a password so I opened the Password Keeper and the message appeared - Enter "Blackberry".

What happened? I didn't get the password wrong ten times, it was just like that after I turned it on.

I'm worried that if I type Blackberry in it will erase my passwords and start from a blank slate. Is it still possible for me to access my passwords?

Have you turned on cloud sync? If yes, then as soon as you log back in you'll be fine.

If not, we'll, you're screwed. Should backed up more often.

Unless you've entered BlackBerry a number of times it doesn't mean you're screwed.

BlackBerry checks at 5 wrong entries to see if you're drunk or something by seeing if you can accurately type BlackBerry before it gives you another chance to enter your password. It's just a way to slow you down and make sure you're typing accurately.

You should be ok man.
