After upgrade to 10.3.1.2708 yesterday, sound notifications for email doesn't work. When email arrive, all I get is led blinking and there is no sound. I do have normal profile, sms sounds is working, as well as phone ring.

Another question is, where can I change default notification sound?
On Android that was easy, but on Passport it is very confusing.
Other people than that, Passport is superior in every other way.

You can change notification settings in....wait for it, settings > notifications.

The email (an other app norifications) are one level deeper, due to the more granular customization available in 10.3.1.

Go to Seetings, Notifications, ad select a profile. Then tap "Customize App Notifications", Email Messages. You can then change any of your email account notifications.

I have the opposite problem - am trying to shut off the notification sound for email. In Settings - Notifications I can't see any other profiles. All it says is Active Profile (set to normal), Ringtone options, Profiles (which are only the Normal, Bedside, etc. settings), Contact Notification options, and Lock Screen Settings. If someone can tell me how to shut the sound off for email, I would really appreciate it. Can't find the setting in the Hub or anywhere! It's driving me around the bend.

Disregard. I figured it out. Didn't realize I had to tap on one of the Profile settings to get to the Customize App Notifications option. It's very confusing!!!

I have just upgraded my q10 software but am not able to receive email notifications. Even when I go deeper into customize app notifications the only app missing is EMAILS!

When l search under the customise app notifications ALL APPS appear EXCEPT EMAILS.
Is anybody able to figure this one out?
The LED works when the emails arrive but NO notification sounds.

Under settings, notifications, * profile hit reset apps and problems will be gone.
