I've noticed from day one, if I'm trying to edit words it doesn't work right.
I go into edit mode, and IF I don't wait for the round magnifying glass thing to go away, it will start editing from the last word in my paragraph versus where I placed the glass.

If I wait for the magnifying glass to go away, I can easily edit any word in my paragraph, i. e. where I placed the glass. Is this how it should work?

I don't have a Passport, but doesn't the keyboard work as a track pad in that you can click it once to allow highlighting, then scroll to highlight, and then click again to copy?

Yes. But in a case of edited a misspelled word, that's when I have an issue.

That's an odd issue you have. Mine edits where I place the bubble no matter if I wait for it to disappear or not.

You can double tap on the key board again so the glass will go awat instead of waiting

Try this: create a few sentences, then select a word on line one or two to edit. Once the magnifying glass thing (the thing you move) shows up, use the X (delete key) on the keyboard.

When you start pressing the delete key a few times, does it jump to the last word in the paragraph, versus where you selected the word to be edited?
