I dropped my Passport earlier today, the first time I've ever done it, from hip-height onto a stone floor. I don't have a case, and in a cold sweat I reached down to pick it up, but there was literally not a scratch on it! I've been all over the thing and can't see even the slightest mark. Now *that* is build quality.

Happened to me too. Fell out of my shirt pocket and bang on concrete and bounced once on one corner then face down flat. Not a scratch or dent

Yep my Passport fell two days ago from belt clip suffered a chip in upper left corner. Thankfully it's black all the way through and not that noticeable , the metal wasn't dented or scratched.

I dropped mine at about chest height and it fell under a table on a hard floor. It was a nasty drop. I thought for sure that my screen would be affected by it. Picked it up and it only has a very small dent on the left side of the screen. The screen is not damaged at all. I had the shell case on it from blackberry. Everything functions like it never happened.

At least if I see someone else with a passport like mine I will be able to tell the difference between them

Dropped mine from hip height onto a concrete floor (thankfully a smooth one). No dent, no effect. As if nothing happened. I don't use a case.

Yup,I dropped mine too on a hard concrete driveway while getting the groceries from the trunk of my car from the height of my head as I was closing the trunk. I had the OEM black hard shell and a glass/hard plastic screen protector(not sure of the brand),the glass/hard plastic protector has a small nick on the upper right side. No damage to the screen, hard shell ,and the actual Passport . Thank God for all that after market blackberry protectors. I just wished that Otterbox would start making protectors again for us blackberry users, and not just for the Apple or Android users. Well, that I guess,is just wishful thinking on my part. The Passport build is truly premium, bar none...LoL
