    If Moto X Style and Desire Eye aren't high end flagships, then I don't know what other flagships have front facing LED.

    Correct. Passport SE does not have front facing flash. Motorola X pure edition has one. That phone is not junk.

    But you can sort-of get this function on any BlackBerry thanks to the Camera++ app which has a function that imitates a front facing flash.
